I'm a researcher and student at WashU studying Mathematics, CS, and Neuroscience. I'm interested in the brain, math, machine learning, photography, and film β and finding ways to blend my technical and creative backgrounds.
I enjoy exploring as much as I can, whether that be places, foods, or people.
I am very curious and want to experience as much of what life has to offer as I can. Right now, I'm chasing the questions at the edge of machine learning and how minds work. Wherever that ends up taking me, I'm excited to find out.
Chasing my interest in neuroscience, I joined a lab at the start of my freshman year at the WashU med school working under Dr. Benjamin Kay and Dr. Rebecca Schwarzlose. At the lab I have been developing hierarchical Bayesian models around splines and gamma distributions to map out nonlinear relationships in fMRI data. Since beginning this work, I have gained much knowledge into programming, modeling, data science and more. I am excited to continue working with these amazing doctors and to apply this knowledge into future ventures.
Building a web-based implementation of the classic strategy game, with a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js frontend. The twist is that the other players are AI agents powered by Gemini, which makes for some interesting games.
I help plan and run events for our chapter at WashU, which works to build friendships and create community for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role is part logistics, part making sure everyone who shows up actually feels welcome.
An equity research project I put together for my investment club β a full write-up on Fair Isaac Corporation with a DCF model, WACC calculation, and comparable companies analysis to land on a target price and investment recommendation.
